On February 2, a Kaiyi dealer conference was held in Yibin (PRC) to summarize the brand's performance in Kazakhstan and honor the most distinguished employees.

Based on the 2025 results, the following awards were presented:
- Evgeniy Basay (Karaganda) — Manager of the Best Dealership for Service Quality. The award is based on high NPS scores in sales and service, as well as "Mystery Shopper" program results.
- Turan Faradzhov (Karaganda) — Best Sales Manager. Awarded for an established management system, CRM discipline, and process transparency.
- Kaiyi Oskemen (Ust-Kamenogorsk) — Best Dealership. Headed by Artem Kucher.
- Irina Khan (Almaty) and Polina Kilina (Shymkent) — Best Marketing Specialists of the dealer network.
- Ramesh Khakimakhunov (Almaty) — Best Service Manager.
- Rauan Maratov (Ust-Kamenogorsk) — Best Service Management.
The event was attended by Long Xingyin, Vice President of Yibin Kaiyi Auto; Steven Yao, Assistant to the General Manager; and Alex Li, Director of the Eastern European Region.
